And… I’m back!! I’ve been in a hibernation of sorts. A very long hibernation indeed, I’d put the good old bears to shame! It was a good long break where I was not only trying to figure myself out, but also trying to get settled into a career of cooking, baking, grilling, frying, steaming, catering, creating.
While I was gone, I traveled to India, moved into a new place, did a lot of backyard gardening, “A LOT”… about which I shall write in another post, hosted guests, read about food, successfully experimented with Gastronomy, cooked and cooked and cooked, and of course also landed a cooking job!!
So, overall, a very fruitful year of living the dream!! And now I am back trying my hand at keeping up with posting a few blogs whenever I can.
